It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas

Honestly, what is with this weather? We are nearly a week in to April, and the ground is covered in SNOW! No, no, Mother Nature couldn't be bothered to dump the chilly white stuff on us during the winter, when we hope and pine for it, so we can make snowmen and snow angels and such. Crazy broad decides Easter is now the season for snow. I typically prefer cold days to hot, but right now I'd love some sunny spring days. The kids and I have been cooped-up far too long this winter. I want to open all the windows in my house and let in a fresh spring breeze. Maybe I can do that in June.
The kids gave us a serious run for our money Easter weekend. We had 3 poo painting incidents within 4 days. Limitless whining, fighting, screaming and such. Oh, how lovely it would have been if the kids could actually go out and fly their Easter kites and blow the bubbles the bunny brought them. Warm weather = kids outside, much less clutter and mess in the house, and happy but worn out kids at the end of the day.
Please Mama N., please. Bring us some warm and sunny days!

Cinnamon rolls

Ok, so I've been toying around with the idea of making and selling cinnamon rolls. Using the best recipe EVAR, I have found pretty much everyone loves the rolls I bake, and thought maybe I could turn a small profit from them. I still need to do more pricing of ingredients, but I think I would be able to clear a bit of money after costs. Hopefully, this effort will help to get us out of debt even faster, and saving more for the kids college and our retirement. Oh, and get us closer to a new(er) vehicle. Anyway, that is my idea, so we'll see if it pans out. hahaha, nice pun :)
